Real Companies. Ongoing Work.

These are not sample companies or names collected from a supplier directory. They are businesses I currently work with on overseas market development.

My work includes clarifying market positioning, organizing English product and capability information, building public factory profiles, planning content, preparing digital channels, and improving how technical and commercial information is presented to overseas buyers.

Factory-Side Experience That Supports Better Sourcing

Product and process context

Working with manufacturers gives me direct context on how products are configured, sampled, quoted, tested, and prepared for overseas customers.

Clearer supplier briefs

I help turn a buyer's request into specific questions about capability, quality control, lead time, documentation, and commercial terms.

Better communication

I understand where factory explanations are often incomplete and where overseas buyers need clearer evidence before moving forward.

Practical coordination

During quotation, sampling, production, inspection, and shipping, I help both sides keep the important details aligned.

How I Handle Existing Client Relationships

The companies on this page are current clients or active business partners that I support with overseas market development.

If one is relevant to a buyer's sourcing request, I disclose the existing relationship before making an introduction. I still assess the supplier against the buyer's product, quantity, quality, compliance, timing, service, and commercial requirements.

An existing relationship does not mean an automatic recommendation. If the fit is weak, I will say so and look for other options.
